Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic. Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of
EUR 5.99 per order,

for orders with a value of EUR 50.00 or more

we deliver free of charge

Deliveries to Europe:
We charge a flat rate shipping fee within Europe of
EUR 10.99 per order

International deliveries:

We charge a flat rate international shipping fee of
EUR 15.99 per order

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are usually delivered domestically within 5 - 7 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

For payment by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days. For payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
