You can return your ordered goods within 14 days. Please contact us by email "support@beadsbybrown.de"
Exchange

Would you like to exchange your items for whatever reason? Is it pinching here and there? Did you imagine the product differently?
No problem at all - we would be happy to send you a different size or a different model. To ensure that you receive your desired exchange item, we ask that you contact us by phone or email before returning the items. We will then arrange everything else with you.

When exchanging the same goods, please note the following:

If you have made an advance payment for your first order, we can offset both orders against each other. The second order will therefore be dispatched immediately after receipt of your return.

Any differences in the order value can either be transferred directly (for a higher order value) or we will refund the amount after receipt of your return (for a lower order value).

Conditions for returns and exchanges

  • You must return your items to us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • If possible, please use our shipping carton for the return.

  • Labels must still be attached to the item and must not be removed.

  • Please hand in the package to a logistics service provider of your choice (e.g. Hermes Paket Shop or Post/DHL) and send it to the following address: Janina Brown - Beads by Brown - Salon-de-Provence-Ring 42 - 97877 Wertheim

Incorrect delivery or item defect

In case of a defect or an incorrect delivery on our part, please follow the steps mentioned above. As soon as the goods are back with us, we will take care of the complaint and contact you as soon as possible. The return shipping costs will be refunded to you in this case, if applicable.
For defective goods or returns that violate our return policy, please email us for further assistance. The acceptance of such items is then at our discretion.*
